 Federated Farmers supports both the consultation process and the considered approach taken within the discussion document. In relation to small to medium enterprises particularly, we encourage:
a. Retention of the ‘intention test’ in relation to any recommendations resulting from the consultation process;
b. Providing greater guidance on the distinctions between employees and contractors....
