Plant and animal pest management is of critical importance to farmers and primary producers, whom invest thousands of dollars in pest management each year. Not only does pest management ensure protection of our land based primary production, it ensures our landscape ecology and biodiversity are maintained. Pest management provides shared benefits to the whole community by way of indigenous biodiversity, economic, social and cultural values.
