Federated Farmers Submission Northland Regional Council's Draft Annual Plan 2017-18
Federated Farmers were disappointed in the way the Annual Plan was written, including the complex language, lack of supporting information provided to give context to the plan, and the poor quality graphics and maps. We were also disappointed and concerned regarding the the deviation from the planned spend in the Long Term Plan (LTP) and how this cost is being passed onto farmers through increased rates.
