Federated Farmers 2011-2014 Manifesto
Federated Farmers 2011 Manifesto is about taking New Zealand forward.
The manifesto is an A-W of the Federation's key policy positions for 2011-2014 and cover such things as water storage and infrastructure investment, supporting better funded research and science sector and strengthening our country's biosecurity.
Agriculture is the backbone of New Zealand's economy and now generates over 70 percent of all merchandise exports. Federated Farmers Manifesto outlines policy positions farmers need to ensure New Zealand remains a first world nation.
New Zealand is a internationallty focussed trading nation so needs government to strengthen the New Zealand economy through spending and legislative restraint. This will help create a better trading environment for not only the primary sector, but for everyone who generates export income for New Zealand.
