Lachlan McKenzie, chairman of the Federated Farmers Dairy section is a dairy farmer from Rotorua. Lachlan farms a 600 cow dairy farm as well as having shareholdings in a forestry and pastoral grazing property in the Tauranga region. Lachlan has been involved in leadership roles with Federated Farmers for over seven years and has been heavily active in environmental issues, on-farm and at both a regional and national level.
