Ciarán Tully has been involved in the dairy industry since migrating to New Zealand in 1994. After working up through wages to 50/50 sharemilking, he and his wife, Sarah, are now lower order sharemilkers for their own 310 cow equity partnership on The Hauraki Plains. They were runners up in the 2008 NZDIA Sharemilker of The Year competition. Ciarán is passionate about the growth opportunities that sharemilking provides and the benefits of a successfulpartnership between farm owner and sharemilker.
