The Rural Support Trust has partnered with Matt Chisholm to help rural communities start the conversation about mental health. With the support of the regional Rural Support Trusts across New Zealand, we’re bringing Matt to a rural venue near you.

TV presenter turned sheep and beef farmer, Matt Chisholm is on a nationwide tour talking to rural communities on the topic of mental wellness and resilience. Chisholm has had personal experience of mental health struggles and the Time Out Tour gives him a chance to share with rural communities how he found a way through.

Two events will be held in the Bay of Plenty:

July 2, 5pm - 9pm | Nukuhou North Hall SH2
July 3, 4.30pm - 9pm | Matata Rugby Football Club, 12 Division Road
