I hope you are coping with the current weather event. For many, this is the busiest time of year on farm and with the weather the way it is, I understand how this can really impact you and your business. Make sure you balance what must be done on farm with looking after your staff and yourselves, which can sometimes get left off the to do list. Many of us have experienced weather related challenges before and know how important it is to keep in contact with other farmers even if just by text. We are all under pressure on days like these, so please check on your friends and neighbours. Federated Farmers, along with Rural Support Trust and the Rural Advisory Group are ready to help where possible should the need arise.
