Submission to Kaipara District Council on their initial comments for their District Plan review 

Kaipara District Council have started their process to review and draft a new District Plan. 14 discussion documents were released discussing all chapters of a district plan from SNA (significant natural areas) to Subdivision. We have provided comments on every discussion document and have reached out to council for early consultation on the draft plan. From here we will work with council as much as possible until the draft plan is scheduled to be released April 2022. From here we will have a chance to submit on the Draft Plan.
