Welcome to the 2024 Federated Farmers and Rabobank Farm Remuneration Report. 

The report collates the results from the Remuneration survey conducted in early 2024. The information for employers and employees should be used as a benchmarking tool. The report covers the following information for occupations in the dairy, sheep and beef, and arable industries. 

• Information relating to permanent (full-time), part-time and casual employees; 
• Basic annual salary; 
• Total remuneration (TPV = Total Package Value);
• Hourly rates for casual and permanent (full-time) employees; and
• Information regarding employees such as age, length of employment and residency status of employees.
