Ask your local MP to back your business!

If your business or region is impacted by the current dairy labour shortage, ask your local MP to write to the Ministers responsible and back the Federated Farmers and Dairy NZ border exception request. Earlier this month the Government denied an application to bring 500 skilled dairy workers across the border to help fill the vacancies on farm. Time is running out to bring in a labour force for the coming season and we need all the help we can get to convince the Government that our migrant dairy workers need space in MIQ.  Please fill out and send the letter template to the right to your local MP and ask them to support the need for migrant agricultural workers in the region.
Also ask them to get their fellow MPs to support us too.
