National Feed Coordination Service

9 April 2022


The National Feed Coordination Service has been activated by the Ministry of Primary Industries to support farmers sourcing feed, priority areas are those affected by recent flooding and drought conditions. Federated Farmers, Beef + Lamb NZ and Dairy NZ support activation of the service with Federated Farmers contracted to deliver the service. The service is essentially a feed matching service connecting willing buyers and willing sellers – like Tinder - but for feed.
