Federated Farmers of New Zealand (‘Federated Farmers’) welcomes the opportunity to submit to the Ministry for the Environment (‘MfE’) on the potential for a biodiversity credit system (BCS) in New Zealand.
Federated Farmers supported the proposal for a BCS in principle.
Federated Farmers looks forward to further clarification of any proposed design and notes that our views will be further developed depending on design decisions.
