Federated Farmers Appeal on Greater Wellington Regional Council's proposed Natural Resources Plan

Federated Farmers has filed an appeal to the Environment Court on several aspects of the proposed plan that could drastically limit farming activities with the potential for many farms in the region to incur huge compliance expenses. A copy of the appeal is available here from the GWRC website, or it is also on the right hand side of this page.
Federated Farmers participated in mediation through 2020 and will be able to update members on the outcome - and any matters preceeding to a full court hearing - in April 2021.
