Submission on Waitomo District Council Annual Plan 2023/2024
Federated Farmers have submitted on Waitomo District Council Annual Plan 2023/2024.
Federated Farmers were particularly concerned with the Council’s proposal to borrow to maintain and repair roads in addition to funds from New Zealand Transport Agency.
Federated Farmers were also concerned with the Council’s proposal to lower the Uniform Annual General Charge to make urban rates more affordable.

Federated Farmers will speak to our submission on 18th May 2023. Waitomo District Council is expected to adopt the Annual Budge in late June 2023.
