Federated Farmers Southland represents local farmers' views at a range of District and Regional Council matters. The main issues for our province over the next year or two relate to the Southland Water and Land Plan, catchment limit setting, the basis on which rates are calculated and the way that the Resource Management Act (RMA) is being interpreted in our Council matters.
